The Fast Dry Top Coat gives an excellent high shine finish to your nails; The perfect end product, or a base to work on with any of our NailPerfect Art Gels. As the name implies: This product dries naturally and does not need the use of an UV or LED lamp. Start with a proper NailPerfect preperation, as you would with any other product. After having properly prepped: Apply your Dippn’ Colors. Buff out any scratches with one of the NailPerfect Buffers, and than apply a layer of Dippn’ Fast Dry Top Coat for the perfect finish.
