Always start with the right NailPerfect Prep. Than apply Dippn’ Sticky Base onto the entire nail. NOTE: Keep away from the cuticles and laterals. Dip the nail in your favorite color. Let the powder set for approximately 15 seconds. Use a Ma nicure Brush to remove excessive powder. Apply a second layer Dippn’ Sticky Base on the entire nail. Apply a second layer of NailPerfect Dippn’ powder on the entire nail. Let the powder set for 15 seconds. Use a Manicure Brush to remo ve excessive powder. Apply another layer of Dippn’ Sticky Base and let it dry for 30 seconds. Apply two layers of Dippn’ Activator to cure the Sticky Base. Finishing options:- Finish with Dippn’ Fast Air Dry Top Coat for a shiny finish.- Finish with Dippn’ Air Dry Top Coat Matt for a matte finish. Step 9: Massage the cuticles with UPVOTED Cuticle oil Sweet or Psycho to top it off.
